Week In Retrospect - Sunday 10. October

Posted by AP on 11/10/10

We went over our heads promising you a number of big album reviews and live coverage of no less than six shows last week. What you get is three live review articles (the Architects show did not work out; no one actually attended My Vancouver, and the Psyke Project review will be posted later this week) and two big album reviews, as well as the usual bits of news. Oh, and you may have noticed that a new feature article has popped up. That would be the Bloodstock Open Air festival article, a couple of months late. Be sure to check it out.

More content is on its way. Assorted staff will attend a selection of concerts this week to provide you with coverage of Dimmu Borgir, The National Shut Up, Sabaton, Biffy Clyro, Danko Jones and Stream City. I myself will continue ploughing through an endless pile of albums that chronologically stretches from March to November, and includes tonnes of high profile, priority albums that have somehow become lost in the abyss that is my playlist. Let's make a pact: for every new Facebook friend, I promise to post one extra album review this week, so get out there and recommend us to your friends and foes.
