Since we all mourned the early departure of the beloved Copenhagen hardcore/punk/metal club Stengade 30 from the scene due to bankruptcy, a few guys at 3rd Tsunami Agency have been working intensely behind the scenes to open a brand new club for the scene to gather around in support. That's of course just the sort of thing that Rockfreaks.net wants to support, so we've teamed up with the guys to present a new alternative for those who are into punk, rock and metal: Copenhagen Showdown.

The club takes place about once a month at BETA, the newly refurbished and renamed Amager Kino, with the first instance taking place on October 30th where the team has, according to their own words, booked "probably the heaviest lineup they'll have" to celebrate the opening. All For Nothing and Spinkick will be performing with DJ Laur & DJ Tank taking care of blasting some awesome hardcore punk, pop punk, rock and everything else in between from the speakers before and after the shows.
