Week In Retrospect - Sunday September 13

Posted by PP on 14/09/09

I just had a look at my review queue before posting this article and came to the conclusion that I'll probably die of old age before getting through with all of it. So many bands who are still waiting for review from over a month ago, or in some cases even longer, that'd be why, but just be patient: there are many awesome (and terrible) releases that you'll soon get to read about: including a long overdue Marilyn Manson review as well as releases by Moneen, Portugal. The Man, Municipal Waste and many other large names among the even larger number of smaller bands. In related news, Lunacy Box deleted a link to our statement from the comments to their 'racism' blog, probably with the intention of shrouding the truth from their fans and other people who may stumble on their site. Jesus. As usual, check out the news archive for last week's news, and below is a list of albums you might have missed this week.
