Bassist and vocalist "ICS Vortex" (Simen Hestnæs) and keyboardist "Mustis" (Øyvind Mustaparta) have left Norwegian black-metal band Dimmu Borgir for reasons undisclosed. The band's website claims that this has not detracted from the "creative force" and that the remaining members are working hard on the new album.

This is far from the first re-shuffle that Dimmu's line up has had in its long history, and since guitarist "Silenoz" (Sven Atle Kopperud) can be considered the main "creative force" behind the band, this news is not cause for much concern.
