UK band Radiohead who practically gave away their last album for free online, have agreed to testify against the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) in the case of Joel Tenenbaum versus the RIAA. In 2003, whilst a student at Boston University, Tenenbaum refused to settle with the RIAA for the sum of $500. The case went to court and is ongoing. Read more at TorrentFreak.
