Copenhagen, Denmark’s pivotal atmospheric black metal group Solbrud will part ways with their frontman Ole Pedersen Luk early next year, as he wishes to focus exclusively on his other band Afsky.

His final contribution to Solbrud is an epic double opus spanning 100 minutes of runtime, which the band finished recording earlier this year, and which is tentatively set to arrive in the autumn next year. In addition, the group will play a farewell show for Luk at their hometown venue Ungdomshuset on January 15th, the details of which are, however, yet to be revealed.
