Hawthorne Heights - It's Not Over Yet

Hawthorne Heights have posted a new tour update on their myspace blog.

Regarding their new album and apparently ongoing lawsuit with Victory Records, the band had this to say:

"We've got three songs written for our new record and we're stoked on them so far! If you're the type of person who keeps up on music industry happenings, don't believe anything you read online about our lawsuit with Victory unless its posted on our site or myspace page. The suit is far from over."
