Australian's Daysend has issued the following message;

"Mark McKernan, former frontman for Sydney's Head-Cage has taken over the reins from departed vocalist Simon Calabrese. Already Mark has settled perfectly into Daysend and we are all completly blown away by the voice and personality he brings to the band.

Instantly we are back in the studio writing material for the new album now scheduled later this year. Daysend would like to thank you all for the support you have shown to us through out the difficult time and we must say a HUGE thanks to everyone who tried out."
