French progressive metallers Gojira have set June 17th as the official release date for their next album, ”Magma”. The follow-up to 2012’s ”L’Enfant Sauvage” (which we reviewed here) was recorded at frontman Joe Duplantier’s Silver Cord Studio in Queens, NY earlier this year, and consists of ten yet-to-be-named tracks. Danish fans can look forward to watching the band live again this summer, as Gojira is booked to play at this summer’s Roskilde Festival on Saturday, July 02nd.
