Ship Thieves, the punk rock group featuring Hot Water Music’s Chris Wollard and Samiam’s Chad Darby among their ranks, has debuted a new song from their forthcoming LP ”No Anchor”, which No Idea Records will have ready for release on January 29th.

The song is called ”Born into This”, and can be streamed exclusively over at SubstreamMagazine.com. In case you missed it, also check out the track ”Middle Man”, which was posted online via AVClub.com last year.

”No Anchor” is being pushed as the Hot Water Music record you’ve never heard, with Wollard readily admitting that Ship Thieves is his outlet for ideas that did not completely fit the Hot Water Music palette. Alternatively, he describes it as ”Southern punks playing rock’n’roll”.
