Cementing once and for all that musicians should never be trusted when they claim they will never play with each other again, Axl Rose and Slash will reunite under the legendary Guns N' Roses name, for the purpose of playing the Coachella Festival in 2016.

Fans hoping for more than a one-off opportunity shouldn't be too disappointed, however, as billboard.com reports that:

"The reunited band is also negotiating with promoters to play as many as 25 football stadiums in North America in the summer of 2016, and is scheduled to be one of the first acts to play the new Las Vegas Arena, set to open April 6."

At this point, Guns N' Roses have had enough affiliated musicians for it to merit its own separate wikipedia entry, yet this reunion is obviously special, since the iconic singer and lead guitarist have not played together in over 20 years.
