Currently gearing for their follow-up release, He Is Legend are set to head back in to the studio in April and May with producer Steve Evetts (Story of the Year, Saves the Day, The Cure). Due out this Fall, the yet-to-be-titled album will show a sort of maturation for this North Carolina group.

"The next album is a little smarter, a little dirtier, and a little more intense," explains eccentric He Is Legend vocalist Schuylar Croom. "We've learned a lot since we recorded ‘I Am Hollywood.' It was our first time in a major studio and we didn't really know how to make an album, just write songs. We are going back to our Southern Rock roots now. It's the music that we were raised on."

With a legion of tours behind them, including stints with Story of the Year, From First To Last, Atreyu, and Norma Jean, He Is Legend are announcing their headlining tour to follow their studio time. "The Black Unicorn Tour" will feature The Fall of Troy, Showbread and Classic Case, and is set to begin May 24th in Charlotte, NC and run through the nation until June 24th.

"Every show is going to be one huge party," Croom elaborates. "It's exciting to go out with our friends and travel around. We want these shows to be the most fun kids have had in a long time."
