A new bill has been passed in the House Of Representatives that will increase the penalties for sharing/uploading songs/videos not released to the internet. Although this bill mostly applies to Movies, it also has a big effect on the release groups for the newest albums, which until now have been able to work under near-legal conditions while releasing unreleased albums.
