2014 has given way to 2015, and as usual, we've been stretched thin trying to get in as many reviews as possible before the jump, and working to select the very best for your reading pleasure in the "Best Of 2014" feature articles you might have seen already (or else can find in the Features section).

This also means that our monthly update of the "Best In Reviews" Spotify playlist will be delayed slightly this January, in order to make room for another playlist, namely the "Best from our 2014 AOTY", on which each writer has selected one song from each album on his/her list. Simply put, you can use this list to quickly sample all the bands we deemed the very best of the past year:
