AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd has been arrested and charged with a slew of offences, including possession of cannabis and methamphetamine, threatening to kill someone, and trying to procure the murder of two people in New Zealand, ABC reports.

Rudd is currently out on bail, and is due to appear in court on the 27th of November. He appears on AC/DC’s new album ”Rock or Bust” (out on the 02nd of December); however, he was not present for the recent filming of two new music videos, nor does he appear on the band’s latest promotional photo, which you can see here.
