If you head over to spin.com you can read the latest news about the lawsuit Black Flag co-founder Greg Ginn has filed against the FLAG line-up and Henry Rollins.

So far Ginn has lost his preliminary injunction which doesn't mean that the case can't go to court (which it hasn't yet), but it does indicate that it has a relatively bad chance if it gets there.
