Kill Devil Hill - who count Vinny Appice (ex-Black Sabbath/Heaven & Hell/Dio drummer) and Rex Brown (ex-Pantera/Down bassist) among their ranks - will release a new album titled "Revolution Rise" through Century Media on the 29th of October. The effort will contain the following tracks:
