Unless you were living under a rock last week, you cannot possibly have missed the Red Bull sponsored Stratos jump, where Felix Baumgartner rose with a helium balloon powered capsule to 39km height - 'the edge of space' - before leaping off towards earth at a blindingly fast 1342.8 km/h speed. In the process, he broke three world records as well as the speed of sound, and was also equipped with a bunch of other scientific instruments to record the data of the jump and its effects on the human body, that will be useful in future space exploration mission.


Once more, lets marvel at a recap of the jump below, and ask ourselves whether we shouldn't outsource our space program to Red Bull entirely?
