The remaining members in Panic! At The Disco (now with re-added exclamation point, in case you didn't know) have finished recording their next album, and are aiming to release it early in 2011.

Mastering is the answer. both Siamese Fighting Fish and Trusted Few finished their upcoming albums in the spring, all they're waiting for is the mastering.
