Evergreen Terrace

Sincerity Is An Easy Disguise In This Business

Evergreen Terrace hits hard with their new album, 'Sincerity Is An Easy Disguise In This Business'. The two vocals compliment each other excellently, while the furious beats and crunching guitars tear everything apart. 10 songs of which most are around 2:30, which is pretty short, adds up to an album with a 25 minute playtime. There's an acoustic bonus track at the end, which gets the adrenaline out of your body, calms you down again and gets you ready for a new dose of hard hitting music. Though the songs are short they manage to get their message through every time. My only problem with this album must be that there's actually too much clean singing, I think Evergreen Terrace's music works much better when it's only screaming, but I guess some people out there will enjoy it more now. Good metalcore album with few flaws. A bit short but you can always play the disc twice then.
