Converge to release long-awaited "Blood Moon: I" album in November

Salem, MA’s influential, experimental hardcore punk unit Converge will release the first part of their long-awaited collaborative opus with Chelsea Wolfe, her bandmate Ben Chisholm and Cave In’s frontman Stephen Brodsky, “Blood Moon: I”, through Epitaph Records on November 19th (vinyl formats will follow on June 24th next year). It consists of these tracks:

It appears on their upcoming début album “Satan’s Loss of Son”, which is set to be released through Season of Mist on October 29th and the details of which were revealed in our earlier news article.

The War On Drugs posts music video for "I Don't Live Here Anymore"

The War On Drugs have posted a music video for their new song “I Don’t Live Here Anymore”, featuring a guest appearance by Lucius, online below. It is taken from the Philadelphia, PA-based indie / neo-psychedelic rock band’s upcoming album of the same name, which will arrive via Atlantic Records on October 29th and is available for pre-order on all formats here.


Danish fans can look forward to watching the band live at KB Hallen in Frederiksberg on March 30th and/or March 31st next year, and there are still tickets available for purchase over at Billetlugen.dk for between 450 and 550 DKK (+ fees). White Lies unveil massive European tour in 2022

London, United Kingdom’s indie rock / post-punk band White Lies have unveiled a massive European tour next year, one which includes two concerts in Denmark.


The first of these will take place at Train in Århus on April 24th and tickets for it will go on sale at 11:00 a.m. this Thursday, September 30th via Ticketmaster.dk for 320 DKK (+ fees). Further details about the show can be found in its official Facebook event.


The second concert will happen at Store VEGA in Copenhagen on April 30th, and tickets can likewise be bought from Ticketmaster.dk for 320 DKK (+ fees) starting at 11:00 a.m. this Thursday, September 30th. For more information, check the official Facebook event here.

Defecto reveals headlining Copenhagen show in December

Copenhagen, Denmark-based melodic, progressive metal group Defecto have revealed a headlining concert at Hotel Cecil in their hometown on December 18th.

It is part of the Kotka, Finland-based melodic death metal crew’s forthcoming album “Origin”, which is on course to be released through Century Media on November 05th and the details of which were revealed in our previous news article.


Danish fans will have a chance to experience some of the new material played live at Pumpehuset in Copenhagen on December 13th, where the band will provide support for their countrymen in Insomnium. There are still tickets available for purchase over at Ticketmaster.dk for 245 DKK (+ fees), while more details can be found in the official Facebook event.
